Terms of Service

Last updated: July 5, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of StaffPilot, a staff scheduling and timekeeping service operated by Skycore Labs LLC (“StaffPilot,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, signing in, or using StaffPilot, you agree to these Terms.

The service

StaffPilot provides online tools for workforce scheduling, time tracking, approvals, PTO, expense claims, notifications, reporting, and related administrative features. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

Each customer organization (“tenant”) is responsible for its own workforce data, user access, and compliance with employment laws applicable to its use of StaffPilot.

Accounts and access

SMS notifications

StaffPilot may send optional SMS alerts to employees who provide a mobile number and grant explicit consent in the application (for example, when an administrator creates or updates an employee record at app.staffpilot.work/app/admin/employees).

SMS messages are transactional and relate to work scheduling, timekeeping, and approvals. They are not marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may opt out by replying STOP or request help by replying HELP. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle mobile numbers.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, free trials, and billing terms are presented at signup and managed through Stripe. Fees are charged to the tenant account holder. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Refund policies, if any, are described at checkout or in your billing portal.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Intellectual property

StaffPilot, its software, branding, and documentation are owned by Skycore Labs LLC. Your organization retains ownership of data it submits to the service. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide StaffPilot.

Disclaimer of warranties

StaffPilot is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skycore Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to StaffPilot will not exceed the amounts paid by your organization to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using StaffPilot at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, access to the service may end; data handling will follow our Privacy Policy and any applicable data-processing agreements.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
